International perspectives on Germany in times of the Covid-19 pandemic
How is Germany viewed by the world? The DAAD, GIZ and Goethe-Institut have addressed this question together in the study “Außenblick – International perspectives on Germany in times of the Covid-19 pandemic”. From the perspective of science, culture, economics and politics. A particular focus of the study is the corona pandemic, which affects all areas.
The University-Industry Conference was part of the joint, DAAD-funded project “Applied Entrepreneurship Academy” (AEA) between Kenyatta University (KU) and Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences (HNU). It provided a stage for young innovators who have been trained at Chandaria Innovation & Incubation Centre (CBIIC) with training content jointly developed with HNU.

The newly-elected DAAD President Joybrato Mukherjee visited Kenyatta University in Nairobi and gave a lecture titled “What’s next? The Future of African-German Cooperation in Higher Education”. The audience consisted of students from different disciplines, DAAD Alumni and current scholarship holders from KU and other universities as well as lecturers and representatives of the university management.
