Building Stronger Higher Education Partnerships: DAAD at the 17th IUCEA Annual Conference
Bringing together more than 400 stakeholders—ranging from policymakers and university leaders to researchers, students, industry members, and development partners—the conference highlighted how international collaborations can influence the future of higher education in East Africa.
DAAD commends the collaboration between IUCEA and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kenya for convening this three-day event under the theme, “Powering the Future of Higher Education in East Africa through Strategic Partnerships and Collaborations.” With a long-standing presence in the region, DAAD is committed to enhancing academic cooperation, aiding capacity building, and facilitating knowledge exchange for sustainable development in East Africa.
